Terms and Conditions
TSO has a clear and well defined payment policy for all the patients seeking medical opinion from its consultants
- A clearly defined fee based on the visit type chosen is collected at the time of booking appointment
- Patients/guardians must be prepared that the fee may not be covered by insurance and will be out of pocket expenses
- All payments are collected online into the TSO account after the payment process is completed by the patient/guardian
- No cash payments are accepted by TSO and patients are warned not to give cash to any agent for an appointment with consultants of TSO.
- Payments are routed through the Razorpay channel

- New : All patients who use the services of TSO for the first time.
- Repeat : Any visit made after a new visit.
- Multidisciplinary : Where opinions of 2 or more consultants are necessary for a patient in a conference call.
- Fetal Medical Team: Where a group consisting of Fetal Medicine Specialist, Neonatologist, and other specialists like Pediatric Cardiologist, Plastic Surgeon, Pediatric Neurologist, Pediatric Surgeon, Orthopedic surgeon etc give a second opinion on fetal problems detected by pregnancy ultrasound. All bookings to be done under Dr K Manikandan.
